The group of individuals that supports a startup and the operations is critical to success.  Having defined roles and responsibilities that are understood by all team members.

In addition to a business plan, a financial plan is also critical to a small business's success.  It is built from an annual plan of sales and profit.

Product risks can be associated with design, manufacturing, packaging, timely delivery, and final sale.

Market Risks

Competition, regulatory, economic and other business environment risks.
